How To Remove Powered By Blogger Widget From Blogger

In this post we will see about a simple trick. Powered By Blogger Widget (Attribution) comes by directly from Blogger in every template and it is an official representation for Blogger, well show you that it’s easy to remove this widget, just follow the steps below.

How To Remove Powered By Blogger

1. Go to Blogger.com 
2. Select the blog that you want to remove this widget.
3. Go to Template and click on Edit HTML.
4. Click on “Jump To Widget” Option and select Attribution1 as highlited below on picture.
5. Click on Attribution 1 and find this line:

<b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='true' title=” type='Attribution'>

True to False

6. Replace the locked='true' in to locked='false'.
7. Go to Layout and below you can see attribution widget and click on edit.
8. In the PopUp windows click Remove.
9. Voila ! You're done

Click on Remove

Conclusion

Powered by Blogger will be removed from blog successfully, Now you can check your site where you won’t see that “Powered by Blogger” widget.
